When looking for a new home, outdoor space is always an
amenity that ranks high on people’s wish list. Today’s

it,” a current resident told UrbanTurf. “I don’t need to go
anywhere.”

The Nationals Stadium is just the beginning. When all is
said and done, the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood that
surrounds DC's new baseball stadium will feature 25 million
square feet of development including 9,000 residential

square feet of retail and 1,200 hotel rooms. While only a
fraction of those things have been completed, we decided to
see what the neighborhood looks like in the midst of
transition.
