The development will have a fitness center, Internet cafe, swimming pool, and a movie theater.

Original prices started in the $200's. As of March 2006, a studio was priced in the low $200's and a three-bedroom was listed in the mid $400's. The project was formerly known as the Westbridge Village. Read more about the preview event in this article. The developer may convert this into a rental apartment investment as of May 2006.

Delivery is expected between June to November 2006.

A new 59-story mixed-use skyscraper with luxury condos, hotel, and retail space is planned for a two-acre parking lot that was formerly the site of the McCormick & Company spice plant that was demolished in 1989. The building will have 285 luxury and loft units with high ceilings, oversized windows, balconies, and roof terraces. The hotel portion will have 192 rooms. The building will be the tallest structure in Baltimore with 1.3 million square feet of space. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Delivery date is in 2010. Design publicly revealed in February 2006.

As of July 2006, the developer has cancelled the condo conversion of the 243-unit, 14-story apartment complex called Cambridge at 3900 according to this article in the Baltimore Messenger.

The property is located in walking distance to Johns Hopkins University and Loyola University. Common areas were renovated including a new theater and library. Units were to feature a choice of hardwood floors throughout the living areas and kitchen, gourmet kitchens with granite and stainless steel, personal wine cabinet, and oversized windows. The original pricing ranged from the $200's to the mid-$500's.

The developers have cancelled their plans to bring a Canyon Ranch Living development that would have offered luxury condominiums plus a high-end spa with on-site nutritionists and access to top doctors. Part of the 53-acre Rock Spring Centre project, the Canyon Ranch Living development will include two 20-story condo buildings with 434 upscale residences, 157 hotel rooms, and 87 apartments plus a 90,000 square foot spa center. This project was slated to be the second Canyon Ranch Living community which opened its first location in Miami Beach in 2005.

Project cancelled in September 2006. Plans were approved by Montgomery County Council in April 2006.

This is a multi-phase development of about 450 units that includes 300 apartments and two 10-story condominium buildings in the Potomac area of Maryland. There are 80 high-end condominium units in the South Towers, Phase 1.
